Huy Anh Nguyen (HAN) is a Jurist and Foreign Affairs Manager at the Vietnam Bar Federation, specializing in technology and media policy across Southeast Asia. He collaborates with international think tanks and NGOs for research about AI ethics, safety and governance, Blockchain and IP rights in the cyber space. Previously, as a Digital Project Manager for Vietnam’s National Broadcaster, he led the production of English and Vietnamese content for audiences in over 100 countries and territories. His expertise encompasses digitalization, data journalism, and digital copyright. A dedicated advocate for media and information literacy in the Asia-Pacific region, Huy Anh holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Sorbonne University in Paris, France and Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and a Master of Laws (LLM) from UWE Bristol, United Kingdom.
